Re: Wanna hear my music? (New song, pg 9)
Here's a new one I've been working on.
Enjoy.
The Night Before
EDIT: Also, is it just me or has the stream quality of SoundCloud gotten worse? The last couple uploads seem to have a lot of warble and random clicks and pops that just aren't in the original recording.
Enjoy.

The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

My Bloody Valentine put a lot of effort into getting as many clicks and warbles as possible, stop boasting about how easy it came to you!Telliot wrote:The last couple uploads seem to have a lot of warble and random clicks and pops that just aren't in the original recording.

Re: Wanna hear my music? (new song, featuring special guest)
Hey, all! It's been awhile, but I thought I'd share a new song I've just finished.
I'm very proud of this one, but especially happy to present it to you lot, considering it features a special OSG guest!
Michael Aadal (fenderguy) liked the song and very generously agreed to contribute some of his beautiful guitar work (he's playing the pedal steel licks and baritone Danelectro). I gave him the song a few months ago, purposely leaving lots of space for him to play with, and what he sent back is really fantastic. I told him he nailed the sounds I had in my head to a tee. His emotional and tasteful playing fits so well with my music, I sincerely wish I could start a band with him -- or maybe clone him and force him to play with me full time.
My wife got very emotional when I played her the final mix, which is probably a good sign.
Anyway, without further ado, please enjoy.
Thanks again, Michael!

Todd, I`m honored to be asked in the first place. You`re such a gifted songwriter, so it was easy for me saying yes to a project like this.
I really, really hope you get the audience you deserve with this song!
Already looking forward to another collaboration

Todd, you are easily one of my favorite musicians and songwriters. I can't believe I didn't find this thread until now. I am delighted I did.
I love your records!

Sorry, Todd. But this is really disappointing.
