Toshack Highway

Adam Franklin's post-Swervedriver project. I could rave for pages about his work, but I'll let the music speak for itself ..

Toshack Highway's Myspace page (the video is proof he didn't sell all his JMs)

I love the split Toeshack Highway / Sianspheric double EP. Sianspheric are another awesome act in my eyes!

Wow Toshack and Sianspheric did a double EP! I've been a Sianspheric fan for a long time and I'm starting to really get into Toshack more. Any details on where I can buy the EP? What label is it on?

I think it's on Sonic Unyon? It's titled " Magnetic Morning / Aspirin Age" .. there's two CD EPs, one for each band, five tracks each.

It looks like the Toshack Highway site still has it in stock. That's where I got my copy.

Tonevendor have it too, and also the excellent first album from TH. I've bought plenty of stuff from them and they're always prompt and helpful.

I thought that first TH was a little light on material, but liked it nonetheless.  It's going to be hard to measure up to the absolute greatness of Swervedriver, but they are definitely developing nicely so far.

I found that "Valentine # ?" on their 1st Album
to be an absolute earcatcher, with all the backwards guitars
and the M/F singing. It's giving me the shivers just to think of it.
Haven't heard theirmost recent stuff, though.
If I still had a car & license, I'd listen to "Raise" and "Mezcal Head"
more frequently. Okay, I'm just about to tune in to "Mustang Ford"
right now, M
