My Jaguar will always be number 1, but this suckers not far behind. Assembled by me with various bits I'd got hold of. It's pretty much all genuine Fender barring the control plate which is obsidian wire, and the bridge is northwest guitars compensated bridge. To be honest if I did another build I wouldn't be lazy and just do my own wiring.

Very cool, does the headstock double as a bottle opener?

I've often thought about getting something fabricated, but never followed through on it. :)

What about headstock shaped bottle-openers next time you need merch for a show? 8)

We were gonna do these with Moper. You can get bar blades customised but they're pricey.

I had bottle openers made with my logo. They were a hit at the guitar shows I attended.

I threw an insulatingly low (like, brutally low) offer at something that has been for sale for over 3 months and they actually accepted it!

Wouldn't that be where you install a neck pickup in an Esquire, remove the bridge pickup, and cover the hole with black tape?

Or, alternatively, where you add a third pickup and an extra knob? :D

Found one for you.

Two knobs, both dedicated to a neck pickup. And a fancypants piece of purpose-built hardware to fill the empty hole, instead of gaffer's tape.

You might be thinking of the ‘inverse Johnny’. Similar but different. The anti-Johnny is making your neck pickup more prominent. And adding extra controls… next mod coming up soon!
