In your eyes, what's the perfect weight for a guitar?

For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

i have an 8 lbs Japanese P-Bass, and it is a fantastic instrument that I can play for days.
my Japanese Telecaster is exactly 7 lbs, and it's also the most comfortable instrument ever. i am a fan of the 7-8 weight range, where there's a little bit of weight so you still know you have a guitar on your shoulder, but it's not a behemoth that gives you shoulder and neck pain (like my old jazz bass :D )

i usually go towards heavier guitars. most my guitars are what people call heavy.... minus my 2 squier mustangs. fun fact. my jaguar weighs as much as 3 of the squier bullet mustangs.
offset guitars resident bass player.
