Yeah, the main things that give it away for me are the headstock being too tall and the logo being too high up, and the trem is one of those cheapass Bigsby copies you see on ebay.

That is a decent looking copy if its fake because the headstock looks a lot like my LPC. One way to be sure is see if it weighs any less than 13 pounds

Yeah, I compared a few pictures of Custom headstocks with this one, and they don't match up for reasons as described above.
The guy seems to think that it's real, which is a shame. Still, even it it's fake, he can probably sell it for what he's hoping to get, especially if he can find out that it was made by one of the more respected names in Gibson forgery.
But I ain't got time for that. Too bad. I asked for a serial number and whatever information he comes up with, just to see what I might find out.
