I thought that maybe it would fit the banjo aesthetic, like maybe my apartment looks like the kind of place that a person who played the banjo would live.
MAGA hat, pictures of your pickup and ornamental steer horns needed now!
I have that deep euro pinko banjo* fear, unless
Shirley Collins is playing one, since I'm fairly sure she never owned a MAGA hat, a pickup or steer horns.
D
*in Glasgow Banjo is a verb for hitting someone as fucking hard as you can i.e. 'That Jim looked at me funny so I went over and fucking banjoed the cunt 'till he got the fucking message'. Obviously nothing like this would ever go on in Tods freshly painted world of Californian minimalism.
Are you loathsome tonight?

Remind me not to book the family vacation in sunny Glasgow, then.
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

Well played with the Eames chair!
Oh, and the guitar is pretty sweet, too!
Congrats!

Congrats, i had a go of a similar one recently and I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was surprisingly absorbing and good sounding. The house is looking bonny too.

David, your description is a good one. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the guitar felt and sounded. I played a Waterloo WL-S, along with the 000-15sm, and this guitar just seemed to be more well rounded — or maybe more
suited for the type of guitar I play. The acoustic guitar is my main instrument. It’s what I write on, it’s what I fell in love with as a kid. As someone who grew up on folk and old country music, and transitioned into Neil Young, etc, the acoustic guitar will always be my kingpin.
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Gratuitous Shallow Update:
I removed the pickguard tonight. SO much better.
There’s a
slight tan line, but it isn’t too obvious in most lighting. I suspect it will go away over time.

Seconded!
And the guitar looks great all naked and all.
