:w00t: Woah! Good luck with it. I'll be following this closely.

Good luck!

I was thinking about this thread when I bid on a bent up nylon string twelve string on ebay...turns out it's probably a one piece neck/centre block and is going to be a real challenge to reset!

i've done this exact thing with an old archtop.
fret-pull, drilled, steamed.
It was my first time trying anything like that, and it all turned out fine.
You may need to get a small plastic mallet, to persude that glue joint to let go. Guitars are pretty sturdy, so don't let it scare you.

i didn't read the whole thead, is the fretboard overhang loose yet?
that can be a little tricky to lift. Heat, and a super thin palette knife is what i used.
(Christopher, also)
I've been to one World's Fair, a picnic, and a rodeo, and that's the stupidest thing i ever heard come out a pair of headphones.
