F-100? SC-3?

I almost pulled the trigger on an SC-3. There was a very beat up, but in a cool way, Leo era SC-3 that was on eBay for $550 or so and I almost bought that.

This guitar of mine did come in a three single coil pickup model like the SC-3, but that was very rare, and not the most typical configuration.

No, neither of those. This guitar has a single wraparound bridge.

Gibson Marauder

I love my Marauder. I pulled it out the other day to A/B it against my Les Paul Studio, and I greatly prefer my Marauder.

The Marauder comes with a neck volute for extra strength. This guitar does not have that.

This guitar has a rosewood fingerboard, it was not available in maple and I don't think that it was ever available with an ebony board, either. I think only rosewood.

It's actually a pretty nice thick slab of rosewood on there, too.

To be honest, I don't know, but the same person designed the pickups for the L6s as well as the guitar I just bought.

And, I kind of was watching an L6s on eBay also.

That would have gone for a lot more than I paid for this, which was $380.

Very close! My new guitar is a kissing cousin of the Corvus (and I will own a Corvus one day), but not a Corvus.

But, my guitar isn't the "III" model, I just mentioned that as a clue- mine has only a bridge humbucker in there.
