you can find Mex Fender bridges pretty cheap on ebay.
you can get something fancier too but don't stray too far- you're returning dignity to this Tele!

Replacements ordered: Humbucker Chrome Cover, Pickup Ring, Switch Tip, Telecaster Knob, Bridge Cover and Bridge from a Road Worn Tele (still looking clean and not abused) !

That Tele will be seriously sexy!

Shall i fill the holes on the Headstock with Woodglue and toothpicks or let it as is?

Tried some Photoshop, what do you think?

Tried to do Black, Sherwoodgreen, Shorelinegold and Charcoal Metallic.

Gold/Mint and Black/Mint looks damn classy!

I like either sherwood and white, or gold and white. However, how do you feel about dakota red and white, or black with tort? :?

To me black fits the 70's vibe best.

white guard on black with standard pickup or WRHB.
You've done so well making this guitar whole again- don't put the wrong colour!

I think the sherwood actually works really well with that neck as it's nicely dirtied... Clean bright maple maybe wouldn't, but that looks good to my eyes. edit--- with the white guard!

Black is always super classy and more period correct i guess, would look great too!

I like the Charcoal Grey, myself.
What did you do with the Kahler, btw?
This is a signature. If you're reading this you've gone past the end of my post.

Pretty much i just need to decide between staying straight and do black (matching original color) or custom color, i realy love the color scheme from shoreline gold+ mint + that neck! But, would it be easy to flip? If not, than it feels a bit like not the best decision (just for the fact)...

Black + White Or Shoreline + Mint :?

Im going with a Refinish from a Member on here located in the UK, that will be awesome!

PAT: Of course im going to install the PU the right way! Just the image looked wrong, because of the angle (Its Photoshopped). I even ordered a PU-Ring! :? :w00t:
NOISENOISENOISE: Ive put it on Kleinanzeigen, if you would like to buy it snatch me a PM!!!

and Thanks to everyone for they`re opinions: cause they are spread over all color ways it even makes it harder for me.

I'd go with black+white guard. I feel like a '60s custom colour/mint guard would look kinda silly as the neck is so obviously '70s-looking.

If going with 70s color, maybe try a replication of one of the international colors?
