For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

Help identifying pot type?

Post by andreacaccese » Fri Apr 21, 2017 7:35 am

Hi there! I am trying to get some new pots for an Epiphone EB3 (SG Bass) I have.
Based on this picture, are these long split shaft or short?
Dumb question, but I don't really have two physical examples to compare next to me and I wanna make sure before I buy something else online :D

the four pots (which take the speed knobs) look to be short splits, while the single rotary switch (which takes the chicken head knob) appears to be long.
when is a pot not a pot. when it's a rotary switch.
i am an animal.
