Gibson Les Paul
Gibson ES-335
Rickenbacker 360

Fender Telecaster
Fender Jazzmaster
Fender Stratocaster
Silvertone 1303/U2 reissue
Gibson Les Paul
Gibson ES-125TDC
Martin 00-17

This would cover about 95% of the guitar music in my collection. Bad Brains is the only band I listen to that would require a proper shredder guitar. 12 string can be faked these days, so yeah. Only 1 acoustic, but the 00-17 is equally good for fingerstyle and strummed parts.

The more I think about it the ES-125TDC would get used a lot. Everything from punk to jazz. The Silvertone would have to cover Ric and LP Junior type sounds or anything else single coil the others can't do.

The LP is the only humbucker guitar, but I can't see another really being needed.

My music is kinda all over the place, and makes mine kinda simple, but the sounds are there

Jazzmaster
Telecaster
Strat
P-Bass
EB MusicMan Bass
Classical/Spanish acoustic
Gibson 335

If I wanted to be REAL accurate, I'd also throw in a piano and a cello

1. LP w / p90s
2. Jaguar
3. Jazzmaster
4. Telecaster
5. LP Standard
6. Strat
7. ES 335 or a similar semi-hollow

SEVEN? LMAO that doesn't seem like a challenge, man... I think you can cover all the sounds of all the albums in every genre ever made in the world with 7 guitars!

Still...... here they are 8)

Jaguar
Jazzmaster
Mustang
Tele
Les Paul
Casino
Strat

Oh, what a coincidence, that's my own personal guitar collection :) but yeah, I think I can cover all my fave artists tonez with them.

Two guitars would make me think harder tho.
Jaguar > Jazzmaster :)

A rough estimate by use, although it might not be the number one of either guitarist if more than one guitar in the band:
Fender Jazzmaster-90%
Fender Telecaster-85%
Fender Stratocaster-45%
Gretsch-mostly Tennesean/Duo Jet-35%
Epiphone Casino-35%
Rickenbacker 360-12-30%
Fender Jaguar-25%

There are a smattering of Les Paul/335 users, the odd-ball Vox or Harmony and Fender Bass VI, but most everyone plays one of those 7.
