Interesting, I don't have any really heavy guitars that do that, but I also don't have any Teles anymore, either. Or many truly heavy guitars to begin with. Of the Teles that passed through here, the two that had the most of that quality happened to be the lightest, too, but that may or may not have been related since it wasn't ever a large sample size.
