Very cool indeed! It reminds me of Trogdor. ;D

Ebony fingerboard glued on.
Hardtail bridge fitted.

I made some mini-humbucker surrounds from tort. I based the design on the Fender Coronado.

Fitting it with these nice goldfoils.

Incidentally, the 'S' shape on the pickups compliment the Swoop shape of the headstock.

I like those tort pickup rings a lot. I am listening to an album called 'From Another World' (Space Age Pop) and its a fitting soundtrack to this build.

I radius-ed the fretboard to 9.5" and glued the binding on.
I'll pop the frets in next!

I really like the Jet King vibe on the pickguard for that first one. I love that aesthetic in general, plus the offset appointments (vibrato, body, etc.) just push it over the top. Aweome looking guitar.

Thanks very much, jrowan. I'm quite proud of that one.

Eston/Eko. Italian made guitar.

I had this for years but didn't realise how special it was. I didn't document the restoration process but it has mostly all replacement parts, except I kept the remaining pickup as the middle pickup. Sounds nice.

Jesus! The back of the guitar looks like it's been bragged down a muddy hill! Nice guitar though.

Good work on that neck too :)
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

Hey yeah. It was painted white by someone who decided to use some shitty power tool to prep it. I still need to sand it all down carefully with some wet and dry. The poly is pretty thick so I should be able to save it.

I have sprayed a few coats of clear on the neck. I have all the parts ready to go. I just need to paint the body.
