Yes. Just rout out the middle bit and jam another pickup in.

if you keep the JM guard, you'll have the volume hole that stays un-used

But all the hardware can  fit in that body that is routed like that ?

The main problem is the switchplate, which has nowhere to screw into. You could mount some wood blocks in.

Green Angel put a Jaguar rythm plate on one of his Jazzmaster
he said it was hard to fit, he had to change the bracket if I remember...

try to PM him

for the jack, vol and tone plate I think it will fit.

The lower lead pot (tone) seems to go a little tight in that routing - maybe if you use a mini pot It'll go.
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

Im thinking to buy all the jaguar hardware and place them on the jazzmaster pickguard . I  will  drawn the hardware on the jazzmaster pickguard , then  the marked stuff  are going to be cut  . I think that it will work . The only that problems me is the 3 switch plate .  i wil think of something .

the upper screw of the volume plate and the bottom screw of the scratch will aslo be where there's not wood under
The'Burbz from shortscale.org had to add a piece of wood to be able to screw them:
