It's much finer than standard needle files. I've just ordered one so if you're not in a rush I can let you know if it's any good when it comes:

But I bought a set of the Norman ones which have just arrived and they look excellent - really sharp, really solid and a great range of widths (.058, .052, .046, .040, .034, .028, .022, .017, .012)
I'm guessing this is no longer much of a concern for you anyway Yannis, now your CIJ has gone.
