Jag pickup covers

Is the metal claw glued to the pickup cover? couse i thinking of age the covers and trem arm tip in coffe.
(i've tried on some old covers i have home already)

The claws just come off with the pickup cover.  They are not attached, other than the pickup screws.
Damn kids, get off my lawn!
