If you guys could get a single "master" drawing together in various formats and we could all agree on the exact shapes of each part etc. I could have it printed locally full-size and then get a prototype done. We could probably do mirrored or fake chrome/anodized pickguard material control plates for now just for ease of getting it together and figuring out the measurements.

I'll add to that this...    In my scaling efforts, my estimate of total body length (measured along the centerline) of the body, was a full 1" short of the measurement of the actual guitar prototype.  Now, granted my drawing was based off the Soest photo, but I would not have thought there would be a 1" variation between the two, but who knows.

The guy says he has it on display, wonder if it could be of any use to anyone if they live out that way and if they would be happy to let anyone here check it out if your serious about

He hasn't even listed his Jazzmasters yet though!! Poor show!!

I've been in touch with him several times, got a few measurements but seem to conflict with the scaled pic of the sunburst.  I don't think he's willing to do much more at this time.

If someone can send me accurate Jaguar control plate tracings, I think I can get pretty close to the right dimensions for one of these.  I just did a new drawing, and I must say, it looks smashing.
