To the people using allparts hardware aged by mjt - are your guitars staying in tune? I'm specifically curious about the telemasters.
Also, anyone own an mjt build as well as an lsl, danocaster, k-line or similar. I'm curious how you feel it stands up. Sound and playability?

For others who have ordered bodies from MJT, did yours come with holes pre-drilled for the pickguard?

I had to drill every hole needed for the guitar, total pain in the butt, but this was four years ago, maybe they get their lefty stuff pre-drilled now.absolution wrote:For others who have ordered bodies from MJT, did yours come with holes pre-drilled for the pickguard?

My Telemaster stays in tune awesomely, and I'm a tuning freak/snob. Top notch intonation, but that also is attributed to my tech setting it up super nicely as wellseafinch wrote:To the people using allparts hardware aged by mjt - are your guitars staying in tune? I put together a jazz bass with an MJT body. I feel like maybe I asked them to do slightly too much relicing-- maybe I just need to redo the neck, though. Seems too white/natural with the body:

Here's mine. Aged Inca Silver. It shifts from silver to green depending on how the light hits it.

Re: MJT User Club
I have ordered this a month ago
Almost closet clean with light checking, glossy, swamp ash body, slightly aged USA hardware & electronics, AVRI trem and vintage specs thin-D shaped neck from Musikraft, still not sure on the pickups, either AVRI or SD Antiquity II ...
