New Jazzmaster build for me

Finally put this guy together a few weeks ago. Plays really great and sounds really good! I may swap the pickguard for a black anodized one at some point, if I can find a reliable supplier. Specs follow:

Neck:
* Warmoth modern construction
* 9.5'' radius
* Roasted maple with rosewood fretboard
* Narrow tall stainless steel frets
* Gotoh vintage style locking tuners
* Reverend "triple tree" string tree
* TUSQ nut

Body:
* Squier VMJM body that I painted Volkswagen Sage Green Metallic (I did a really shitty job but you can't tell unless you scrutinize it in bright light)
* Fender Pure Vintage '65 pickups
* No rhythm circuit
* Lead circuit is wired 50s style with 1 meg pots
* Fender American Professional bridge
* Mastery vibrato

Now I need to get an SG... ::)

lol thanks. It's supposed to be a joke about the color but I'm not sure if it comes across :P

He’s the guitar player in the Wipers right? He’s such an incredible song writer.

Yeah he's great. If you get a chance you should check out the Wipers early 90s album "Silver Sail." It's fantastic. Sorta has a desert surf vibe.

Nice. I have a Sage Green Metallic Volkswagen and had been wondering what the color would look like on a guitar. It turns out that it looks great!
