JM ultra wiring! Want out-of-phase+series. How?

Hi friends. I have been hanging out at TDPRI for 10 years now, but now that my guitars are mostly offsets, I have a feeling I will be spending more time here!

I have a CP 60th Anniversary JM. I've already modded it to do the "dual dial-a-tap" thing with Ken Rose humbuckers: The upper switch turns the rollers into coil taps. Well, I find the tapped sounds to be too thin and not very useful. Having seen the tricks that the newly released JM Ultra can do, I am wondering if anyone can point me to a wiring diagram to do the following:

Upper switch puts pickups out of phase AND in series (I don't think I will use the out-of-phase+parallel option that much, and don't want to install another switch to flip between series/parallel). The rollers can function as volume pots, like the ultra. Is this possible? I've seen drawings for 2V and 2T, but nothing in the JM format.

Oh, here's my JM. I love it to death!

OOP requires all of the existing DPDT slide switch pins. Like on the Am Pro Jaguar (which is functionally the closest thing to the ultra JM, switching-functions-wise), which flips the phase on the bridge pickup.

So you would usually need a separate switch for series-parallel (which probably makes more sense, ie keep them separate ... like on the ultra where the S-1 does series/parallel). But there are 4PDT slide switches if you really want them together ... that may or may not fit in the space available.

Combine mods 22 (S/P) and 23 (OOP) here ...

I haven't thought much about how the ultra puts the two rollers into the OOP circuit (only .. as seems to be the case) as independent pickup volumes. I doubt it's something I would use myself .. so I'll probably wait for the official wiring diagram to appear to figure that out. ;)

Hey! Thanks for the reply! I've consulted the sources you quoted (thanks for the links). I actually was on an online chat with Fender this eve. They said that they will probably make the wiring diagram available a few months from now. I will continue doing some research in the meantime. :wtf:

Final bump -- I am wondering whether this can be done with ONE switch?
