Cyclone neck on a jaguar body?

I am thinking it wouldn't because if the Cyclone neck was a conversion neck for a short scale bridge placement, then a short scale neck should intonate on the Cyclone body correctly.

Isn't this one of those cases where math tells you something and that pretty much eliminates the need to try it?
