Full Scale Jaguar Body

Does anyone know where one can purchase the pickups, bridge, and vibrato routed properly for a full scale Jaguar?

I guess another option would be a Jazzmaster body with Jaguar routed pickups?

Pretty much sounds like a Jazzmaster to me. Wouldn't the pickguard cover anything not wanted to be seen? ;D
