VM Jag mod Q

Quick question.... Will a Classic Player neck slot into a VM Jaguar or will it need carpentry?

I've done just that. Came across a CAR VM jag body for cheap, and the first neck that popped up locally was a CP. Worked for me with no mods. IIRC some have suggested a possible slight neck heel thickness / pocket depth difference, but I didn't notice anything. Has stewmac shim, and bridge height is good.
