Warmoth JM Body, Fender Pickguard fit
Warmoth says on their website that their bodies are made to fit their pickguards. Does anyone know if an AVRI JM pickguard will fit on a Warmoth JM body?

Yeah. You have to adjust the bridge and neck pickup rout about 1/4 inch on the bottom edges to get it to fit.

Since it is a Warmoth body, I had to modify it to take a Fender pickguard. (The neck and bridge pickups are a tad bit too high towards the neck. I used the router and shaved off the little bit needed. I also used a chisel to square the corners of the tremolo route.

Then I used some IKEA whitewash stain on it. Once it is dry, I will lightly sand it. I might do another coat depending on how it looks.
