I usually dislike carved tops, they always seem too fancy and extra, but on the toronado it just looks so right! I would play the hell out of this!

Also, that reverse-channel-bound thing is awesome! I’d be interested to see it applied to a flat top as well...

I'm loving it. Though, it would look slick with some nice thin classic gold foils on it. And sound better than humbuckers.

I never understood the recent influx in gold foil popularity. I mean, i understand that music and equipment is personal preference. But good lord, gold foils sound awful.

This is a really good idea! It would make a beautiful guitar in just about any color. I've been a Toronado fan but this takes it to another level. Thumbs-up to this one.

I like a pickup that sparkles a bit as it breaks up. That's what my early 60s Japanese guitars with gold foils do.
