I suspect it has something to do with the url of the photos. I don't store any photos online so the only way I know of to post here is to get the url location of the photos on another forum. It would probably be better if this forum software would let us upload photos directly from our computers like other forums do. Well, we do what we can.

Re: Telerauder Project
I opened up the switch cavity a little more so it wouldn't be such a squeeze to put the switch in at an angle.
I also mounted the bridge with the two outside screws and located the other mounting holes and drilled the string through holes halfway through.
I need to get a couple more drill bits to finish the string through holes and align the string ferrules as suggested in this video.

Re: Telerauder Project
The 7/64" holes looked a bit small for the holes in the bridge and ferrules so today I enlarged them to 1/8"
Then I made a jig to align the holes and did the back side of the body. It worked like charm.

Last two posts' pictures aren't showing up. Your earlier ones on page 1 show up for me though.

Re: Telerauder Project
Some of you can't see some or all of the photos I post. I have discussed the fact with the OSG Admin and basically, I'm posting them correctly but the problem persists. Admin suggested I post that information here in case others are having a similar issue and a solution can be found or shared here. These guys are doing what they can by generously providing this forum but the costs of hosting photos is beyond what we can reasonably expect. If anyone knows a solution, please post it for us all.
Here's what my exchange with OSG Admin consists of, minus all the foofooraw at the top of each email.

All that said, here is a link to the thread on the other forum where my photos are posted in case it helps somebody to see what I'm posting about. http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index. ... ic=28666.0 Moderators, if this link or any part of this post is unacceptable, please remove it, no one's feelings will be hurt.Rgand:
Some forum members cannot see the photos I put in my posts. I don't store photos online so the only way I can determine to post them here is to use photos I have already posted on another forum then copying the URL of those to include here. Every other forum I have frequented allows you to upload them directly from your hard drive. Is there any way this forum can do that?
OSG Admin:
Sorry, hosting photos is out of our price range for services we can provide. Please see the thread on inserting images for help/suggestions.

Thanks - OSG Admin
Rgand:
Thanks for the explanation. I can understand the cost of hosting photos. I can't understand why some people can't see my photos since I've been inserting them the way your thread says to do it. In fact, I read that thread when I initially got on the forum to see how to do them. Could they have difficulty with the fact that my photos are hosted on different forum software?
OSG Admin:
If you still need help, please post in that thread. This way other users with your issue may be able to find a solution as well.
Thanks - OSG Admin

Re: Telerauder Project
Your photos don't show up for me on the warmoth forum either, so it doesn't seem to be an OSG issue. I can see photos in plenty of other threads on the warmoth forum, so it's not a problem with their site. Of course, nobody on the warmoth forum seems to have problems seeing your photos...
I'm no expert at this stuff, but it seems like you aren't actually linking to an image.

Re: Telerauder Project
It's good that the issue isn't with the OSG software. I have no idea why you aren't seeing the photos here or on the Unofficial Warmoth Forum. When I click on the example you quoted above, it takes me to one of the images. I have no idea what the problem is. All the photos are .jpg images 1280x960 pixels in size with no blank spaces in the names.ThePearDream wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2017 7:00 pmYour photos don't show up for me on the warmoth forum either, so it doesn't seem to be an OSG issue. I replaced one of the images on the other forum with a .png. Does it show here?

I can't see any of your pics Rgand. I think you probably need to be logged into the warmoth forum to view the images. Try logging out of the warmoth forum and come back here Rgand, bet ya can't see them?

Re: Telerauder Project
That was a good thing to try but even logged out, I can see the pics. I take it that you can't see the last one I posted that was the .png?

No mate, the only picture visible in the whole thread is this one on the first page (which is uploaded to a different place than the others, ie not the warmoth forum): http://iloapp.logrinn.se/data/_gallery/ ... esized.jpg
I pulled the url of one of the other (broken) images from the html: http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index. ... 1993;image - when i go to this link, i get prompted to login to the unofficial warmoth forum

It's exactly the same for me.dmb wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2017 5:21 pmNo mate, the only picture visible in the whole thread is this one on the first page (which is uploaded to a different place than the others, ie not the warmoth forum): http://iloapp.logrinn.se/data/_gallery/ ... esized.jpg

The only thing I can suggest, is linking from an image host. I'd love to see the pics, cause the project sounds cool.
The easiest way I've found, is to set my phone to automatically upload pics I take to google photos. Then in google photos, I move them to a shared album and copy the image address.

It seems that the problem is some of you can't see anything on the other forum. Obviously I'll have to figure some place to put photos online. Thanks for all the input.

Don't try photobucket. Haha. Imgur.com has been working for me very well.
