Custom Scratch Plate Maker - UK

I've had a look around some previous postings. There is a lot of info on DIY guards but I can't find any links or reviews to UK based pickguard makers. I'm looking for a Mustang in vintage correct pearloid but with a couple of extra holes cut and non standard pickups.

I'm waiting on some plans I bought on eBay to arrive in a couple of weeks so I should be able to provide a pretty accurate template; I just don't have the tools to guarantee a nice job of it at home. Can anyone recommend any makers they have used?

Anyone got a scratch plate template (either a scan or a tracing) for a CIJ Jazzmaster I could use?

I'm getting some work done on mine in a few weeks, and was debating getting a new scratch plate, but can't be bothered to take it apart in advance to create a template.
