Yes I tried that this afternoon.. :) ..but to tell the truth, the Geiger Counter destroys everything so I guess the guitar you plug in it doesn't matter !  ::)
But it's a crazy little box and it will take me forever to master it.  :wtf:

Here they are:

The pickups sound just as I expected: The neck is very close a JM pickup to my ear.. not the same but the differences are difficult to explain but it has what I like in a neck JM pickup so that's great.
The bridge pickup is in between a JM pup and a P90 I think: focused like a P90 but clear like a JM pup..
..well enough words, you'll hear them soon..  ;)

I forgot to mention that LoÏc intended to make me a surprise by swapping the covers for chrome wide range like he had... but the holes were the other way around .. too bad but I like them in black too, it kinda pursue toward the spirit of 70s Japanese or German offsets.

Those part black covers are going very well with the trem arm and switch tip :P.
That's really one wonderful guitar. Lovin the idea of a piezo in the body.

That guitar is over the top!!!!

I have a similar pickup that I got from Lindy Fralin called the Twangmaster.  He also makes the p-92.  They are the same design where it's a true single coil, split like a p-bass pup in the case of a humbucker.  He does them in all chrome or gold and after talking to him on the phone, he'll make whatever you want.....alnico magnets (twangmaster), bar magnet with screws (p-92) and wind them however much you want.  They aren't cheap, but they sound incredible.  I think those pups you have are the same thing so I know they sound great!  Congrats!

Oh yeah, they sound awesome. I only played the guitar for about 3 or 4 hours in total but they have growned on me yet.. The great thing is they really covers all territories: full yet clear on the neck pup, the middle position like any position sounds a bit like the neck pup with less mids and more highs and the bridge pup sounds a bit like the SD Jerry Donahue I have on my tele with more bottom and body.. really really great..

I'm preparing demos but in a form I didn't try before..  :P
And I recorded 2 improvs with it with lots of piezo action in them..
You'll hear that pretty soon..  :)

Ok so my first intention was to record little demos as I usually do...

...but I thought of something else, something that would give to hear AND to see at the same time...

...And here it is : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyJAatQxhRY

I hope YouTube bad quality will not go too much in the way of reading what it has to..  ;)

Of course now that it's done, I'm thinking I should have make a little effort to play a bit better.. next time...  :-\ ..so please concentrate on the tone rather than on the playing..
