You're welcome for that jagstang template :P haha. I think I like the larger round overs better on jagstangs. When Richard made my JS bass body I forgot to tell them that the round overs were more like a tele. But it came out great and much more comfy.

LOL thanks. :) The body for you is being made at the same time. Kind of makes them siblings, right?

I tend to put Jazzy trems on also, but I was kind of mixing a Jagstang with a Telecaster Plus in my head and on my Tele Plus, I dig the bridge and how flat it is to the body. I love my Mustangs, Jazzys, and Jags and such, but the bridge is much taller on the body. I thought since towards the end of his life, Kurt was transitioning to an HH Telecaster that Ernie made for him, that he might have liked this setup. (Aside from the full scale aspect.) LOL I know I will like it.

I sent the body to PST Guitars to be painted OLY white. I wanted to make sure the finish turned out well and my painting ability isn't the best.

He got the body prepped and white on it. Looking really great so far! Excited. The neck is curing. I will take a couple pics in a min and post them.

Back from being painted. Excited to get it together. Just need the control plate and some knobs.

All finished. Sounds great. The mini toggle bypasses the controls to the jack.

Feels cool. No tube tremolo bumping my hand. LOL It is a light body also even though it is alder. Balance is great also. Big body goes well with longer neck. :)

That sounds like a good match then. I love the feel of my still unfinished Strazz, but I was always curious about the Jag-Stang as it's such a unique and uncommon design.
