2 Neck Stamps on MIM JM, 4 sets of initials.... ?

A few questions...

1. Is it normal to have 2 dates stamped on the heal of a MIM JM neck? One August 2012, the other September 2012.

2. Is it normal to have 4 sets of initials on the neck. Some point to screw holes in what looks like ballpoint pen, instead of the usual markers.

3. Is it normal for the body to be stamped a couple months different from the neck? The body is stamped Oct 20?? (I can't read the last 2 digits).

What's "normal" for Fender is never really set in stone...

A couple of these things I haven't heard of before (specifically #1 and #2) but they sounds like things that probably have logical explanations.

What are you specifically concerned about? I doubt somebody faked a 2012 MIM neck...
