Does anyone know if Mastery offers a replacement for a faulty bridge? I'm having an issue with the screws that adjust the saddle height sinking after playing. It wasn't this way to begin with but, slowly but surely it has gotten worse. Literally every time I play I have to adjust the saddle height. Definitely not the post screws sinking. I have to adjust both high and low E saddles. Seems the screws have maybe worn out. It's been on my guitar 2 years so it's been used quite a bit. But these bridges have to last longer than that. No way I can afford to get another one.
Wondering if I can send mine back to mastery for another one?? (Wishful thinking)

Why don't you call them on the phone? They'll talk to you on the phone.
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

That is shitastic that the screws would even dream of wearing out, did they forget to use steel instead of toffee when they made them?

Not titanium (strength/durability is not the issue) but they are now making their own fasteners with tighter tolerances rather than buying them in.milesofsquares wrote:Yea he says in the email he will send me a set of their "newer height adjustment screws". Hopefully made of titanium
The set I received did feel tighter in the threads when I put them in (that bridge was then sold immediately, so I don't know how well it held up).
And if not, a small bottle of Loctite purple or blue will run you ~$10 and last a decade or so.
