When I pull up on the arm, it gets stuck in that position. The notes also do not go up. It takes a little pressure to pop it back into its regular position.
The lock is not engaged. What am I doing wrong?

Also I covered all moving parts inside the tremolo with graphite greasing. Everything is ok now, good luck to setting up your guitar.
