Any difference in necks?

Probably a silly question, but is there any difference between a vintage styled strat neck and a jazzmaster neck? Probably just the shape?

Just the headstock shape and decal.

The heels are identical, if I remember correctly. Not sure about the neck profiles though.

A Strat neck would work fine. I had one on a Jazzmaster project. Jazzmaster neck profiles vary by year and country of origin, just as Strats do. They are 100% interchangable, though. You might have problems with a 22 fret Strat neck, though, because of the overhang at the heel.
