Jaguar Trem & Strings Gauge
I plan to switch string gauge from 0.09 to 0.11 on my Jaguar. Since on the tremolo baseplate there are some screws, is it necessary to adjust the tremolo because of the increased tension?

There's just one screw that controls compression on the trem plate's spring that may need re-adjusting to the neutral, easy-in/easy-out position of the lock.

Or if you don't use the trem then if you want you can push the lock in and tighten the screw / spring to hold the trem more firmly. Or leave it as is.

The thicker strings will definitely pull harder depressing the vibrato. If you want the arm in the same position as currently you need to increase spring tension by turning the screw in the middle of the plate.
