I'm trying to confirm that the Jaguar has 51.5 mm pole spacing?
I ordered some pickup flatwork from a company that is really slow in fulfilling my order. I've never wound a Jag pickup before and they had no options for pole spacing. 52mm only. While looking at a competitor's site, I saw the option of 51.5 or 52mm! I'm not seeing a definite confirmation on Google at this time. If I wound 52mm, I expect that there is no stock style Jaguar cover available. Can someone confirm?

Re: Jaguar Pickup Pole Spacing?
My Seymour Duncans measure 52 mm; a stock MIJ pickup set measures about 52.5 mm. Not sure where 51.5 mm comes in; shoddy conversion from imperial?
Anyway, you can see the difference between the Duncans and MIJ pickups when you try to use MIJ covers on Duncans; that fractional amount is enough for them to be somewhat off. Not sure how 51.5 mm would factor in the equation:

King Buzzo: I love when people come up to me and say “Your guitar sound was better on Stoner Witch, when you used a Les Paul. “...I used a Fender Mustang reissue on that, dumbass!

Re: Jaguar Pickup Pole Spacing?
Thank you! The difference doesn't look material enough to bother me. I ordered the flatware set two weeks ago and when I saw the supplier didn't ship, I started looking for options and that's when I found the different spacing options. Mojotone offers both 51.5mm ("vintage") and 52mm pole spacing on their bobbin flatware. Of course, no pickup cover suppliers list magnet pole spacing specs.
