Is there a standard specification for JM pickup polarity?

For help with setups and other technical issues.

Is there a standard specification for JM pickup polarity?

Usually Fender has north neck and south bridge right?

Asking because I bought a JM-FAT from Novak bridge position and after installing my tech and i discovered middle was out of phase and super quiet/tinny. and the culprit was that the Jm-fat had north polarity.... Novak initially said I should try putting the original stock '65 bridge in the neck so that the neck would be south and Jm-fat in the bridge north.

But then he said "That's really strange I just don't ever have any FATZ that are North polarity I'm really not clear how that one happened."

I think the better long term solution is see if Novak can ship me a proper Jm-FAT polarity South and then ship him back the JM-FAT north.

Always curious about this too. I have a set of Antiquties II in my JM that are out of phase in the middle, but another set of Sunday JM pickups wired the exact same way had the classic sparkly JM middle position.
