I have a Staytrem 9.5 that I really like since it has intonation adjustment for each string, but am also interested in a stainless steel 10-16 warmoth jazzmaster neck down the line. I think the mastery can adjust in size to fit 10-16.
John from Staytrem says right now all his capacity is making 9.5 and 7.25 radius bridges, he might offer wider ones in the future though.
Is Mastery bridge the only option if I want to use 10-16" compound Jazzmaster neck?

Warmoth does a bridge with individually height adjustable saddles.
Actually I have a Mastery, one of the Warmoths and one of those Staytrems for compound radius (18,25") and the Staytrem is my favorite, too bad he isn't making them.

Mastery maxes out around 12" or so. Each saddle is slightly radiused so the bridge as a whole will work setup across 'any common radius', but you can't set them fully flat, which is pretty close to what you'd want for a 10-16" compound.
I'd use a stock AVRI JM/Jaguar bridge; adjustable to any radius you like.

But What I've grown to like about the staytrem is the strings will never move in those saddles... don't want to go back to the AVRI

Actually it maxes out at 16", I asked Woody about that one time., and that's what he said.
If the 10-16" neck you're interested in is 16" at the last fret, then you'd want something more like 18" or 20" at the bridge.
