Which parts do I need for Jag wiring? 1meg pots, treble bleed

I'm putting in an order with Darren Riley and I'm just trying to figure out which parts I need.

The wiring will be based off of the American Pro Jag wiring, but with a treble bleed mod on the volume pot.

What capacitors/resistors do I need? And are the pots I've linked to below good for both volume and tone?

If it makes any difference, I've measured the pickups DC resistance and they are 13.7 (bridge) and 12.9 (neck).

I could get this for the treble bleed. Now what would I need for the tone pot?
