Hi everyone !
Today I decided to put fresh strings on my Classic 60s JM because it needs to get a setup and I want to spare the stupid cost of installing the strings.
Everything went fine except that the B string doesnt want to stay inside the vibrato. I mean as soon as I try to bend it ( can't even bend 1 tone ), the strings pops out of the hole inside the vibrato ! Like the hole is big enough to let the little ring go through when there is a bit of tention. Happened twice already and Im really confused because I've never had an issue like this in my life.
For the reference, I have a Classic 60s JM with a Staytrem rocking bridge and an AVRI tremolo unit. The strings I'm using are GHS 11-50 Boomers. I know the guitar needs a setup but this issue is maybe not related.
I need some help please

Re: JM vibrato and string issue
Sounds like it's the strings. Are they different from the ones you used before? Maybe you just got a bad batch.

Re: JM vibrato and string issue
Nope they are they same as the previous set. I hope it's the string and not the vibrato block
