Jag pickups.
I've got a new project going requiring a set of Jag pickups. I like the AV65 pickups just fine, but I like the set in my '68 better. I've read through some older threads, but I thought I'd see if there are any in particular folks recommend.

Re: Jag pickups.
I have SJAG-1s in my MiJ, I still think they're awesome for straight-up surf cleans and twang... Even listening to the Duncan YouTube video with all their pickups, I feel like the SJAG-1s best suit me (above the Antiquities, though I've never tried those pickups.) They're tight and percussive, really accentuate the Jaguar "stickiness..."
I also tried the SJAG-2s, which are very good pickups... More output, midrange and more bass, to the point where you could say they don't sound much like singles, though they're still distinct from humbucker territory. They would probably suit more people, and they're still very good pickups.

King Buzzo: I love when people come up to me and say “Your guitar sound was better on Stoner Witch, when you used a Les Paul. “...I used a Fender Mustang reissue on that, dumbass!

I have vintage jaguar pickups from Q_pickups in my CIJ Jaguar and they are excellent .
