On tour in Europe atm and tried one out in Cologne. Played great-felt as solid as my cij jaguar! I wasn't a fan of the pickups but if I had the cash I definitely would have snapped it up

Re: Squier unveils The Cribs signature
Just ordered one shipped to the USA from Thomann.de for $388 usd total after shipping/currency exchange. Not a bad price considering Squier JMJMs are $450 in the US. I'm excited as I'm already a Jaguar addict. This will be something fun that's a little different.

That's a great deal you got there. Basically you got it cheaper than you would've even if they had been officially released in the US! Can't go wrong with that. Hopefully, the exchange rate being how it is will open this guitar up to people in the US who wanted them but were put off due to the fact they would have to ship it in.loungelife wrote:Just ordered one shipped to the USA from Thomann.de for $388 usd total after shipping/currency exchange. Hope you enjoy it. Being a 'Jaguar addict' I reckon that you will feel right at home with it.

@Jarman
Such a shame, but thanks for the info (I read the original post). Please tell Fender I'll def be getting another if they choose to re-release it in another color, at a similar pricepoint - and quality :-)

Yeah, I am stoked. That's rad you're on this thread as well. Combined with the guitar and deal, it helped put me over the edge when buying. I'll report back after I've had some time with it.Jarman wrote: That's a great deal you got there. Basically you got it cheaper than you would've even if they had been officially released in the US! Oh, small internet world; we met briefly at Uni Arms during Tramlines. I play in Abominable Soul with Thom who does the Cartilage promo thing. Not seen you before and he'd been saying you were good live, but fucking hell you took the roof off! If there'd been a roof obviously.JamesSGBrown wrote:I play synth in a band called God Damn- we have just toured Europe with Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes!
