'54 Les Paul Goldtop + Klemt Echolette + '62 Brown Fender Super
(or swap the GT for a '59 Tele, either would do)
That would get me through most situations I think.

Semihollow Partblaster, Mojo Hand Iron Bell, modern Vox or Fender amp with built-in verb and trem (ha! That’s two more effects, plus several different dirty and clean flavors between the guit controls, pedal, and amp! Nyah!)

Re: Pick your one guitar, one pedal and one amp...
Definitely going to be based on stuff I have:
Thinline Jaguar (w/ mastery etc)
Princeton Reverb '65 RI
Hand-wired Fulldrive
The pedal is a tough one because I play a ton of genres and I'm always rearranging my board but I feel like if it has to be one pedal then it has to be my most flexible overdrive. Honorable mention to my JHS Cheese Ball which would have been the choice if I was playing strictly hard alt rock.
