Okay, I'll play. Fender CS Shell Pink Jazzmaster --> Strymon Deco --> Supro Thunderbolt.

I can get tape saturation, chorus, slapback, even flange out of this pedal, and the sweetest tone imaginable. Big sound.

Jazzmaster, Big Muff Pi and any Fender single channel amplifier with reverb.

I would need one more pedal to get my favourite tone, though - can I add an EHX Small Clone?

As I don't own that many guitars, nor amps, I would have to say:
- Squier JMJM
- DBA Fuzz War
- any decent tube amp with a good spring reverb (Vox AC15 if I had to pick from my own)

If I were to pick any guitars or amps, even from those I don't own, I would still have the DBA Fuzz War, but maybe have some other, more expensive offset. As for the amp, I would have to pick something stupid like the Fender Quad Reverb or even the Super Six Reverb. :D

PRS SE Santana, Katana 50 amp and no pedals.

If we're talking offset guitars, Squier Deluxe Jazzmaster, same amp, no pedals. Effects...reverb.

I might be best lining in with the two of you:
Equipment-wise there is plenty of stuff coming and going, especially going the last two years:
but one thing is solid and this is my Fender Super Sonic 60 :-* the eleventh year (basically since the day I got it) my number one practice and live amp! Needed one single tube swap in all those years.
I wish mine had already Reverb on it - but it hasn't - so I'd also have to give the Death by Audio - Echo Dream 2 the favour - as it gives me slapback/fake reverb and/or Fuzz if I want to - my (Super) Fuzz War was coming second - if the amp had reverb built in it it would have been the other way around. But honestly I don't like to limit myself to just one pedal! :shifty:
If Fender is listening/reading: please give me a 30-40W head amplifier in either silverface or brownface design - with a Bassman/Showman clean sound and Tremolo & Reverb. Thank you!
(Fender Twin Reverb & co are just too much for me, the Deluxe Reverb limited 22W edition on the other hand has too little headroom - and I seldom can play my Supersonic louder than 1,5)
For the guitar I also already modded my 50th Anniversary FSR Thinline Jaguar to be my workhorse number one (Mastery Bridge and P-Rails, brushed steel plates and anodized pickguard) - but I'd be open for another spec-close (double bound - non contoured body) offset - maybe in Firemist Silver with Block inlays and a Matching Headstock - for now it would be a Jaguar too - but I'm honestly lacking long term Jazzmaster experience... so this might change one day!

Right now I'm fighting between Jazzmaster and Strat as my preferred guitar. My personal rule is only own one electric at a time, and my current JM is great, but I've played a few strats lately that are (gasp) really making me reconsider

Jazzmaster or Strat
Vox AC15
Vibe or Phaser (MXR Vibe or EHX Small Stone)

Anything else is a bonus, but this is honestly all I really play with day to day.

Just checked my old answer to this question, it hasn’t changed much.

Jazzmaster (same one I had in 2015)
Rockett Archer Ikon (replaced the Soul Food)
Princeton Reverb (replaced the Vibrolux Reverb)
