If the finish is nitro, you could have just stripped it down to get the color you wanted. I wanted to order one but I was scared it might be some poly based coat... Are the dots perloid looking or faux clay? I've been very interested for a while and have a gorgeous alder JM body here waiting for a neck like this. I was thinking of attempting the short scale tutorial on blocks to this but then again, where would I find accurate block inlays without making my own....
