Don't know where you are in EU but the black ones are really common on the used market. Keep an eye out on Reverb.redeksnake wrote: ↑Sun May 13, 2018 9:33 amhi to everyone!
I'm desperately searching for a Black Marr Jaguar! if someone decide to sell his contact me via PM.
Mine is in olympic white (bought it new for a good price, the black wasnt available in that moment) but I'm not a big fan of relics anc chips, so I would like to sell mine in OW and buy one in Black.
Sellers from europe are appreciated!
Thanks!

Is the body slightly different contours on the Marguar? I seem to remember him saying that the tummy cut was wider?

It seems to be a lake placid blue with a Hot rails in the neck and some kind of humbucker perhaps in the bridge. It’s used in a different tuning for “Hi Hello” judging by the set list.iainmayfield wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 12:33 amany one else seen the new ice blue sparkle Jag that Johnny is playing at present? seen a few press shots - its rather tasty!!
He also has a Silver Sparkle and a Candy Apple Red all introduced in Dublin. No sign of Sherwood or black or Orange Metallic KO.
That silver sparkle is something else, folks.

Well... I can check it out on Weds night in Islington. Can't wait. Sadly looking forward to seeing the guitars as much as the player!

I just saw that Silver Sparkle on his Instagram page. How cool would it be if Fender sold that color?edwardskim wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 12:01 pmIt seems to be a lake placid blue with a Hot rails in the neck and some kind of humbucker perhaps in the bridge. On another note...
some detective work with a few mates and it seems like the pickups in the Blue Jag are the ones from the Ed O'Brien sig Strat set. There's an extra toggle on the body too, apparently.

He's using a LPB Marr in this video (which is pretty good, BTW)

Looks nice! It's got his sig on the headstock and shiny chrome plates (not dulled), so maybe it's an actual production model of the next colour...?

Re: Johnny Marr Sig Jaguar
There are two Blue Marr Jaguars he's carrying around
1) All stock Blue (Lake Placid?) with the regular Marr appointments.
2) Blue (Lake Placid?) with the Ed O'Brien pickups and even the Sustainer mod. He uses it live for Hi Hello solo. Pretty frickin rad.
In my personal opinion it would be awesome if they can do one more run of Sherwood green. Then make Lake Placid Blue and do a super limited run of the Silver Sparkle.

Wow, that LPB Jag looks great. I was just about to pay for a new JM Jag. I'm getting a pretty good deal, but looking at this video makes me think twice. I might have to wait for this to come out.mld530 wrote: ↑Sat May 19, 2018 11:51 amHe's using a LPB Marr in this video (which is pretty good, BTW)

LPB
I'm looking to buy another and had an opportunity to buy one at a great price a couple of months ago, but it was the same color as I already have (MKO). But SG, LPB or silver metallic? Fender, take my money

I just watched that video - I like that guy more and more.
And here is hoping that LPB is the next run of colors.

I don't know if it'll be released but it seems like it will be. Considering they didn't charge extra for the Sherwood run, I'm assuming they would charge the same $$$ new for the LPB as they do for the other colors at retail. Definitely worth it to hold out.Subotnik wrote: ↑Sat May 19, 2018 10:03 pmWow, that LPB Jag looks great. I was just about to pay for a new JM Jag. Re: Johnny Marr Sig Jaguar
Does anyone know how long it usually takes them to put a new color out once the plan is announced? Based on an old thread it looks like the SHerwood Green was announced about 5 months before it ever hit the streets.
