Post by SirJackdeFuzz » Thu Mar 15, 2007 12:35 am

What do all you DIY guitar guru's think of this project ?

I like the shape for some reason :o

Does anyone have any thoughts on this "radical" shape ?

Any body colour/finnish that you think will compliment the shape ?

Any thought very welcome . . .

Cheers

Get it in burgandy mist metallic and put a custom white pickguard on it :D
Times change.  Remember when dog Jimmy used to go white and chalky?  Now it grows hair!  We got used to it. We'll get used to poly. -blueavenger

Ya, i know - i thought more folks would say that, but i also have two Epi LP's to use.

I just want a dedicated guitar for this new band  8)

And seeing that you build it drom the ground up, it is alsmost like a painting. YOU can add what ever you want.

It  a B.C. Rich Mockingbird  clone turned upside down...  Look at this and stand on your head.  http://namm.harmony-central.com/WNAMM07 ... .html  the short bout is from the seagull, the long from the mockingbird.

If you like it go with it!  I kind of like it the BC Rich way.  Not all hendrixed out though.  Your dime your choice!
May God bless the Banjo Players... They try so hard...

Kinda looks like someone is hitchhiking (thumbing) a ride
