Well that's good to hear then. Those are all great colors, too.

The custom colors are so much cooler than Sunburst and Oly White or whatever. I'm glad they didn't play it safe.

I respectfully disagree. The custom colors don't do a thing for me. IMO, there's nothing safer than "custom colors" as every other guy in America wants an automobile-colored guitar.jcyphe wrote: The custom colors are so much cooler than Sunburst and Oly White or whatever. Times change. Remember when dog Jimmy used to go white and chalky? Now it grows hair! We got used to it. We'll get used to poly. -blueavenger

Just checked Dave's Guitar website and he lists the radius as 7.25" @ $1599

Man... that thing looks great... they'll sell a few of these and make a lot of folks happy.
still wish they would do a limited lefty run.

I want an guitar-colored Automobile! I already got the guitars.Maggieo wrote:I respectfully disagree. The custom colors don't do a thing for me. Sunburst is easily the safest color Fender does, they do almost EVERYTHING in Sunburst. I could go the rest of my life with out seeing another Sunburst Fender of any kind. IMO They're boring, they make me feel instant boredom just looking at them.
Even my Avi has a Sunburst Bass VI playing doll, it's EVERYWHERE.

Re: new thin skin fiesta red jags
I like both sunburst and custom colors.. depends a lot on the guitar. sunburst is a bit overdone but I don't think it's boring at all, I love it
good to hear they got the radius right.. I was wondering about that 9.5"
I personally think they are a bit overpriced but that's more to do with me thinking the standard AVRI's are..

Don't come to my house; you'd die of boredom.jcyphe wrote:
