Those look Awesome! Looks like I need a SFG Jag!
Destiny's in her evening gown; you're always running late.
You tell her she looks wonderful but she'll just have to wait.

Isn't it funny how a paint job can just drive us all nuts? (me included). Fender could sell a ton of instruments if they apply this philosophy to the rest of the product line. I'm a sucker for matching headstocks (as you can see). Almost any color with a matching headstock has me.

That sure is the truth DB. I've wanted a Sonic Blue JM with a matching headstock for a long time. It's going to take a massive effort of will not to get one of these.

Re: new thin skin fiesta red jags
I've exchanged e-mails with Dave's Guitars this week and they will be getting in thin-skin Jazzmasters in the not too distant future. The colors and specs will be the same as for the Jaguars -- 9.5" radius w/Dunlop 6105 frets and matching headstock. The price will be the same, as well: 1599 USD. Needless to say, I want one of both in Sonic Blue....

Again, these look really good, but I'd rather have them with orig. neck specs!

Re: new thin skin fiesta red jags
Agreed 100%, but I'm actually using the non-orig. specs as rationalization for getting one. "It doesn't really make sense to have two AVRIs when I could just put the 1600 towards a vintage piece, but these are different. Yeah. That's it. Different."FUZZ_KING wrote:Again, these look really good, but I'd rather have them with orig. neck specs!
