I remember when i was a kid i  noticed one of my guitars was 3 pieces and  i thought id been sold a piece of shit.....i didn't know much about anything guitar  back then,but it seems its the way to go.
All my guitars are 3 piece.
But 13.WTF! :o

I owned a '62 Esquire that was a single piece of Ash.

It KILLED!!

Thats exactly what the body of my 66' (dont remember the month on the neck...) jag looks like, (its stripped) so I guess the "experiment" lasted for a bit.

It sounds great by the way, though its rather trebly,a very biting kind of sound.
