Old Fender Catalogue

Post by 1946dodge » Fri Feb 09, 2007 7:58 pm

I have two old Fender Catalogues. One from about 72 and the other a little later (when the Starcaster appeared)
If you want me to scan it or them and upload them let me know. If no one is interested, I won't bother.

OK give me a few days and I will.
I will probably take a day or so to scan it and then I may ask one of you how to upload it.

We'd certainly be happy to host such a cool thing.  I can even build up a pdf of it instead of having a bunch of separate pages.  Drop me a PM when you have the scans made and I'll tell you where to send them.  :)

I will probably send two versions, a pdf (by scanning it in work - the copier machine can make pdf files) and then the color one which I will scan at home on my scanner which will take longer but be in color. Those will be jpg or bmp files.

Excellent! Those are really helpful resources to have online.

Jay, I have scanned the 1972 catalogue. It is 27.8 megabytes total.
Now how would you like me to sent it to the forum?
Please give explicit instructions as I am quite stupid concerning this kind of thing.

It is my pleasure to contribute this to the forum. Everyone is so generous with the tons of stuff they contribute,  I could not do otherwise.
If Jay has any trouble with the images, or if any are unsatisfactory, I will be glad to correct it.

Awesome 1946dodge!

I have a '67 service manual, and quite a bit of FMI stuff (parts lists, guitar/amp schematics, crazy cool exploded drawings -Duo-Sonic, Mustang, VI, XII-, some Rhodes stuff, etc.). If anyone is interested, I can start scanning. I've got 2 3 ring binders that are packed full.
Bigger in sum than parts.

luau the guitar/amp schematics would be very helpful. And the drawings too.

I cant speak for the administrators but all that stuff would be great.
